What’s a Live Activity?

A Live Activity is the real-time card on the iPhone Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. You've already seen them as ride ETAs, delivery tracking, and live scores. They update on their own and stay visible until the task is done.

Until now, building one meant shipping a native iOS app. WebActivity gives your website the same surface. You send status updates to our API and we keep the card alive on the device.

A Live Activity shows real time information from an app directly on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Why Would I Use This?
